30 Day Health Living Challenge

Strive for Greatnes-Healthy Living Journey introduces the 30 Day Healthy Living Challenge. As summer is winding down and the fall season is fast approaching, I challenge you to complete these 30 simple activities and tips into your lifestyle which can help boost your health and wellness.

For those who have been along with me from the beginning of this blog (which is a month old today) and for all newcomers, I’m excited to announce that at the start of each month I will share a healthy living challenge. These challenges will include tips and advice to benefit our healthy lifestyle in different capacities and I’ll be doing it right along with you!


For this month, it’s all about “getting down to the basics”, keeping things simple and fun! If you have access to a printer or can save this checklist to your phone, I’d recommend it. Feel free to subscribe to my site and I can personally email you this checklist and give you more insight!

As you can see, this #30daychallenge is jam-packed of tips, advice and activities to implement in our everyday lives. I advise you to look at this checklist as a guide, complete daily challenges in any order you want.


For example, I completed the “day 6” challenge yesterday where I slept for atleast 8 hours so I crossed that day off ✅.
