Find Your Anchors

In my prior post in regards to ”Pain”, I introduced the concept of anchors. It’s not easy to ask for help or rely on others to get through any adversities life throws at you because some people (including myself) tend to want solve our own problems by ourselves and that has a lot to do with pride.
”If you open your heart and let your guard down just a little bit, you’ll find your anchors will not let you down even if you feel you‘re in it alone”
We’ve all experienced that “cloud” or haze that consumes us. Times in life when things get hazy and unclear, whether it be emotionally, mentally or physically. I’ve learned to call on my anchors - my family, loved ones, extended support network like co-workers, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and faith in a higher power.
I invite you to find & identify those anchors in your life. They’ll help push you through those clouds to greater clarity, balance, harmony and positive results. And be an anchor to someone in need. Pay it forward--You’ll feel great!
Life’s clouds and haze will always come and go, find your anchors to propel you through. My anchors are helping me through my own problems right now!
