It can be a huge stress relief too, mainly because music allows people to express their feelings and can be very therapeutic. For me, I find myself listening to music all the time and we may not even realize how much music is apart of our everyday lives because it’s a routine habit. Music can be very beneficial to your health in how it impacts your moods.

In my job, I get to see how the power of music can impact those with terminal illnesses (on hospice) and work alongside a talented Music Therapist who knows first hand how impactful music can be for the human psyche. 🙌

I’d recommend listening to all types of music, I feel it’s healthy to be eclectic with musical genres so your not missing out. When I find myself in a reflective mood, I enjoy listening to very soothing and relaxing music such as Soundscapes. When exercising, I enjoy listening to upbeat and motivational music. When driving, I enjoy listening to easy and chill music. Every night before I go to bed I always play music on my deck and it helps me reflect and put things in perspective.
